Mood Lifter: DIY Anti-anxiety Home Misters

Sometimes worry can be stealthy and surprise us with its arrival. Other times, it will make itself known loudly and clearly and sometimes. With the constancy of demands upon our time and energy, it is easy to understand why so many of us can feel anxiety. I urge you to not feel any shame about it, Ever. Many, many of us feel much the same way as you and my intention with this book is to offer helpmate so you can find what works for you. It might well be a combination of a lot of little things. I’ll give you an example from my own life People that know me well know that I love a strong cup of coffee, preferably a triple soy latte. I even thought of myself as a coffee achiever despite a lifelong love of tea.   The routine of getting my beloved latte, however, went from a ten of fifteen minute event to over a half hour at my littl3e neighborhood café, worse, with uneven results. I started making coffee at home with even more uneven results. So, I began experimenting with herbal tea combination and discovered my dream combination which starts my day off perfectly. It is a large cup of chamomile, cinnamon and apple. The splendid scent, delicious taste and heat is something I look forward to each morning. As if that is not enough, I noticed a side benefit. If I have it right as I open email each day, I am undaunted by any digital onslaught that has come my way and I realized that, even thought I was just looking for my ideal morning beverage, this sturdy cup of tea was also reducing my anxiety. Find your little helpers and incorporate them into your sacred self care

Crystals That Ease Your Stress

Lepidolite should be called the letting-go stone. It’s like a fresh breeze coming into a room filled with stale air. In elixir form, it’s a wonderful way to deal with addictive behavior or to rid yourself of old patterns that no longer serve you or are potentially unhealthy. This uncommon mica, an ore of lithium, has only recently come onto the gem and mineral market. It is shiny and plate-like in appearance, usually occurring in a pretty, pearly pink or purple color. On occasion, it appears white, and, very rarely, it shows up in gray or yellow. This mineral occurs in Brazil, Russia, California, and a few spots throughout Africa. My favorite specimens are the single, large sheets of the lovely mica, which are called books and are an unforgettable violet.

Encircle Yourself With Protection: Magic Jewelry

Most people don’t realize that the classic charm bracelet is decorated with magical symbols representing the wearer’s wishes. For wealth, wear a Romain coin on your bracelet; for love, try a heart. For protection, a pure silver ring worn on the right pinkie has the greatest magical power, especially when engraved with your birth sign or astrological glyph and sacred pentagram. To instill the ring with protective power, clasp it over your heart and call out:  Ring of power, shield and encircle me. Blessed be.

The Magical Spectrum: Candle Colors in Your Spellwork

Candle magic is a mainstay of witchcraft. I burn candles every night and take them with me when traveling, too. For their magic to work, simply apply the basic percepts of color magic: have a clear intention of your desired outcome, and choose the appropriate color candle from the following list. On the corresponding day begin burning the candle on your altar. Repeat this ritual for seven consecutive days with the same color candle. If you’re a traveling, choose a spot to consecrate as an altar using the prosperity altar incantation at the beginning of this chapter.

Witch Craft: Kitchen Cupboard Incense

As you may have noticed from your reading, I treasure cinnamon incense. It brings a positive energy to your space, an appealingly sweet and spicy scent. It also brings prosperity and calm. What could be better? This may become one of your favorites, as well as it is truly easy to make.
