Opal is the soul stone for later-born Cancers. Opals can’t be duplicated artificially due to the complicated nature of their patterning, varying hues, and play of color. The most precious of all opals feature a star, called an asterism. Opals are mysterious, just like Cancers, having much depth beneath their protective shells. The ancients exulted about opals; Pliny the Elder wrote, “For in them you shall see the living fire of ruby, the glorious purple of the amethyst, the sea-green of the emerald, all glittering together in an incredible mixture of light.” Cancer, you will come into your soul’s true purpose by wearing opal jewelry.
Hello all! I realize I have been rather quiet as of late. In an effort to get more happening here, I have invited a guest contributor, a Canadian astrologer I've known online for a few years, to offer monthly astrological profiles and some rough sun sign horoscopes. I found his Pisces one to be accurate. January is almost over, but I'm including January's horoscopes anyway to give you a taste of what's to come. February's will appear at the beginning of the month. I hope you enjoy!
Mama Moon enters the Mutable, Air Sign of Gemini on Jan. 16 at 5 pm Pacific time until Jan. 18. It’s Gibbous Bud Moon-Time, only a few days ‘til Sunday and the Full Blood Moon. Watch for her to rise in the sky before sunset.
This is a good Moon-Time to dance with the faerie Nature occult energy right now that just loves the Gemini Vibe.
