Dear Nazzes: An Open Letter to the Evangelical Voters of America

Dear Nazzes,

Four years ago you went a-whoring after a false god, and sold your souls to a lying devil called little Donnie Trump.

At the time, your leadership warned you that the credibility and moral authority of Evangelical Christianity was at stake. In fact, they were wrong.

Prostituting yourselves to little Donnie Trump has forfeited neither the moral authority nor the credibility of Evangelical Christianity because, as any non-Evangelical can tell you, in our eyes, Evangelical Christianity has never had even the slightest amount of either.

Instead, through your actions, Evangelical Christianity has now gained negative credibility. Like your idol, the Liar-in-Chief, anything that you say is presumed to be a cynical and self-serving lie. Because of you, the name of your church, and of the god that you claim to love, has been made to stink in the nostrils of your fellow-citizens.

In truth, I write you this letter in love. Even now, you can still redeem your name, and the name of your god. But first, you must acknowledge that, in your pursuit of political power at any cost, you have sinned, sinned grievously.

Nazzes of America, repent. Your lack of charity toward your fellow Americans re-crucifies Christ. Confess your sins against your god, your country, and your fellow citizens. Repent, before it is too late.

Even in this eleventh hour, it is still not too late to change your sinful ways.

Truly, the fount of Divine Mercy is inexhaustible.

Yours most sincerely,

Steven W. Posch
