A Witch’s Book of Dreams

A Witch’s Book of Dreams
by Karri Allrich

Have you ever tried to use one of the standard dream dictionaries? If you’re like me, you probably didn’t get very far. Enter A Witch’s Book of Dreams. This is a book written for a Pagan audience. Cool!

The first half of the book covers archetypes and concepts such as the Anima, Animus, and Shadow selves, then delves into the messages of nightmares and how to use dreams for healing. The author also provides instructions and tools for interpreting your dreams, keeping a dream journal, creating a Dream Circle, and building your personal dream dictionary.

The second half of the book is a comprehensive list of dream symbols with interpretations from many spiritual traditions and cultures. Like all dream dictionaries, there are some entries that won’t apply to you, but Allrich provides tips for interpreting the symbols in a manner appropriate to your own life and associations. If you’ve ever wondered what all those strange dreams meant, this book is the key to unlocking those mysteries.
