It is a large cup of chamomile, cinnamon and apple. The splendid scent, delicious taste and heat is something I look forward to each morning. As if that is not enough, I noticed a side benefit. If I have it right as I open email each day, I am undaunted by any digital onslaught that has come my way and I realized that, even thought I was just looking for my ideal morning beverage, this sturdy cup of tea was also reducing my anxiety.
