Our Bodies--Partners For Life

Your body is your partner in life so make friends with it. We have created our current bodies with the food and thoughts that we have given it. Yes, we inherit from at least the previous four generations but when we heal the old stuff they gifted us with, we are like new. Our bodies should be fed the best possible food available. Give your body food in its natural form. Know your food, where it comes from. Know what’s in it and how it was grown. Grow your own food! Nothing can beat the food that you lovingly nurture along through the spring, summer and autumn. I've named my "five plus one" fave high nutrient North American foods: BONSY-P. Those letters stand for, beans, oatmeal, nuts, spinach, yogurt and potatoes. It was proven in both world wars that folks survived quite nicely on potatoes and wild greens alone. The potato basically only lacks calcium, so add your greens and voila! Antioxidants galore too.

Work co-creatively with the pleasurable nature spirits, Pan, the fairies, elves and devas too. Pull up your lawn and plant potatoes! Or string beans and squash. Mix in a few nasturtiums for joy and rosemary for longevity and abundance.
