Sacred Cells: Embodying the Feminine Divine
Every cell in our beautiful and amazing bodies contains the whirling wisdom of the universe. This is the journey of one witch remembering that, and celebrating the Feminine Divine in beings of all genders.
How To Eat A Peach
Become aware of Yourself. Know the infinite vastness of your formless being. Feel your own presence everywhere, the smooth sameness of your divinity, your Holy Self. Love Yourself for eons.
Become aware of your desire for “Other,” for texture, for difference. Desire that so deeply that you split apart into pieces of color, shape, shimmer, and sound. Dance wildly as all the pieces. Dance and swirl, merge and explode. Love yourselves for eons.
Become aware of your sound and shimmer’s ability to condense and concentrate to form matter and appear solid. Play with the possibilities, delight in the varieties of being. Love each possibility for eons.
Become aware of the joy of forming and reforming as matter, merging and interacting. Embody as stars and planets. Embody as dirt and worms, bees and plants, sunlight and water, peach trees and humans. Love your many forms for eons.
Become aware of becoming a single human. Feel the quickening of your process as you, the sperm, penetrate you, the egg. Marvel at your own transformation from zygote to embryo to fetus to baby to infant to toddler to child to adolescent to adult. Love yourself.
Become aware of becoming a single peach. Feel the quickening of your process as you, the bee, pollinates you, the peach blossom. Marvel at your own transformation from flower to seed in pit, flesh and skin growing as you hang from yourself, the branch. Give gratitude to yourself, the sunlight and sap, kissing and feeding you until you are ripe and fleshy and full and juicy and glowing. Love yourself.
Become aware of you, the human, desiring you, the peach. Become aware of picking yourself from the tree, holding yourself, marveling at the weight of you, delighting in the reds and pinks and oranges and yellows of your skin. Gently hold yourself, the peach, to your nose. Breath in your sweet aroma, let it fill your sinuses and lungs with bliss. Run your finger tips, tingling with nerve endings, over your soft downy flesh, feeling the pleasure of that touch as both the human and the peach. Close your eyes and listen to you, the wind, in you, the leaves of the tree. Touch your tongue to your soft peach body. Run your tongue over the delicate fuzz of your skin, slightly sinking into the indentation where your stem once held you to you, the tree. Bite into yourself and feel your juice run down your chin and drip onto your arm. Taste your own sweetness. Taste your own peachness. Feel your flesh pressed against your teeth. Feel the warmth of your mouth. Bite again, filled with delight. Swallow, feel the merging as you, the peach, become energy for you the human. Laugh with joy. Bite again, feel the softness until you come to your pit. Marvel at you, the pit. Marvel at the texture of yourself, the dark brown color, the beauty.
Dance in ecstasy, giving thanks for you, the sweetness, you the peach, you the human. Dance in ecstasy, giving thanks for being embodied. Dance in ecstasy, giving thanks for you the bees and trees and worms and water. Dance in ecstasy, giving thanks for you the energy that is matter, and you the energy that is light and sound and shimmer. Dance in ecstasy and give thanks for the desire of “other.” Dance in ecstasy and give thanks for your Holy Self. Love that Self for eons.
