Creating Conscious Vortexes of Energy called CONINGS

Teaching Conings at a Wise Women’s Festival

It was a warm, sultry day in late August in the West Kootenays of British Columbia. I packed my car with snacks, clothing and metaphysical teaching tools: crystals and other objects for students to practice a Nature Coning with, and handouts. Clothing included a sparkly turquoise blue sweater and white palazzo pants to teach The Brain-The Last Bastion workshop, as blue is a color that sparks intelligence. For the Nature Coning workshop I would teach, a full black skirt emblazoned with an impressive yellow crop circle ornamentation, topping it with a vivid emerald green sweater.

After departure at Lemon Creek—Sasquatch country—where I lived, I hit the jewel of the Kootenays, the mountainside city of Nelson, stopping for a latte at Oso Negro café. Then heading north past picturesque Kaslo, where the Apus, mountains speak, the road took me along mysterious Kootenay Lake which I’d had visions of years before I moved here. I soon arrived at a gravel road. With its twists, bends and contracted passageways and the dry summer’s dust billowing behind me like smoke, I drove on ahead to locate Johnson’s Landing Retreat, where a Wise Women’s Festival would be, and at times with entirely too much speed that threatened to put my vehicle into a tailspin and inadvertently put me into a tumble where I could find myself floating upside down on the crystal clear lake far below. I slowed down. It is a good road, just narrow and needs to be traveled on watchfully. After a good hour I was at the base of the intoxicating Purcell Wilderness Conservancy Provincial Park which overlooks Kootenay Lake, nearing Johnsons Landing Retreat that sits on a charming meadow-like plateau. Heaven!

Upon arrival on the Thursday,  I was shown to my small aged caravan in the gigantic treed campground by sweet long time volunteer, Danny, and I settled in.

Excited conversations that carried on all evening of that day had me all wound up before bed. So I sat outside my caravan under a canopy of stars chanting “N” and then “M”, “M” especially opening the pineal gland. My brain was soon filled with green and purple light and I was able to slip inside, into my caravan bed, and immediately fall asleep.

Friday evening of the Wise Women’s Festival began with Dances of Universal Peace in the Dome Room. We goddesses were all dressed up real pretty for the grand opening, and soon waltzed into the Group Room where the presenters would share about their up and coming classes. I finished up not saying what I had intended to say because I was interrupted by the retreat owner, and instead beebled on about the ET’s I am in contact with. I think I mentioned about facilitating for a pineal gland opening  and creating Conings, conscious vortexes of energy, but it all somehow got tangled up with the brain workshop information. In my defence, by the time I spoke it had been an intense evening, and I was wiped. All the women present were asked to share, not only the presenters, and not as planned, and it became a processing session, a processing session that was far too lengthy and distracting from us presenters workshop info.

I woke up at 5 a.m. Saturday morning, feeling stressed and that I would be judged this day. I chanted again, fell asleep and then woke up just before seven with a spontaneous orgasm. Phew! That cured my anxiety as it always does. I rushed off to the tea and coffee depot on the retreat centers porch in my pyjamas just as the sun was rising, gulped down some coffee and headed to the Group Room to take in the Dru Yoga class. Dru Yoga is a graceful, energetic and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualization. With its foundations set firmly in yogic tradition, Dru is designed to be practiced by people of all fitness levels and is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into. It was a marvelous ‘dip’ and I loved it.

When Saturday evening dinner rolled around, I skipped it, which is something not recommended at Johnson’s Landing Retreat. The vegetarian meals are palatable and delicious, but I headed to set up in the Group Room where my brain class would be transpiring.  There were four different workshops occurring at the same time but the Group Room was filling up with women, and I realized I was having numerous participants. Fabulous!

Just as I began speaking and introducing the brains cortex, lightening struck just outside the room we were in! I have been hit by lightening twice, my electrical system is heightened and attracts the environ energy, and I panicked, but then quickly called on Pan, CEO of nature spirits to direct the lightening elsewhere. He did, but then a thunder storm so intense manifested directly over us with buckets of rain pounding on the roof, that it created heightened energy and grounding in my workshop. It was wild! Towards the end of class, talk shifted to the ET’s I am in contact with. I heard from one woman that a crop circle had recently manifested in northern British Columbia near Prince George, where she lived and she had seen “the lights”. (Space ship). There was fear in her psyche about this event. I mentioned that when I do not feel comfortable with an ET, I simply ask them to leave and say, “I do not wish to communicate with you, so please leave in love and light.”

It was a wonderful time of sharing after class that evening and then I knew that Spirit had directed me to speak of ET’s at the opening ceremonies.

Sunday morning I was starved and delighted in French toast with lots of shmutter as I call the J.L.R. ‘butter’ which is a combo of olive oil and butter, and it’s delicious. I topped it with their grown-on-site organic strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. 9 a.m. found me in the Sacred Space Room to attend an Ayurvedic massage with acutonics class. I happened to choose the right number to be the guinea hen (pig) and was soon on the practitioner’s massage table. Acutonics is a relatively new modality wherein the practitioner utilizes a tuning fork to work on the points as acupuncturists do. I instantaneously began to have visions of my ET pals, my archangel guides, and then was present at my incarnation in this life time. I saw my Mother and felt how she felt. My mother named me Agnes after my stoic, educated, Mennonite, midwife grandmother Agnes, who grew up in Czarist Russia; and after my outspoken, gutsy Aunt Mary MA. who was a teacher and missionary in the Belgium Congo ( now called Democratic Republic of the Congo) .  It was an intense 1.5 hour session, and I was in and out of my body. As I stepped out of the Sacred Space Room and proceeded to my caravan, I said out loud, “I AM Agnes!” I had been rightly named after all and then reverted to using my birth name, Agnes Mary.

Mr. Sun shone upon us warmly again by Sunday afternoon and by 1:30 I was in the tipi classroom preparing to teach the Coning workshop. We rambled through the nature spirit realm that I am so familiar with: Pan, the Overlighting Devas, elves, lightening guides, and the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood (ascended masters). I’ve communicated with many levels of dimensional beings so the students got a comprehensive understanding of the fourth dimensional and higher levels of non physical beings. I had brought a straw rooster and a leather bag for the students to practice removing energy from. We began with the rooster.  A student received a vision of a psychic broom to sweep the rooster and clear its energy.

We opened the Coning, connecting to the diverse levels of involution and evolution, and we collectively began the visionary rooster sweep. Just as we were commencing to do the psychic work, a physical rooster in the neighborhood began to crow loudly! We laughed. I then suggested that we facilitate a Coning to clear the unneeded energy in the outhouse that sat near our tipi. I lured the group outside and we found a spot to sit uphill of the sweet chalet-style mini outhouse. We opened another Coning and a different student received a psychic image. This time, visualizing a blue truck and large blue hose to scoop up the unneeded outhouse energy. Just as we began to work the Coning, a tractor engine started up in the neighborhood. Voila! The psychic clean-up job on the outhouse was done in no time,  and we congratulated ourselves on a job well done, again amused about how nature had also provided physical evidence of our Coning work. My clairalience and clairgustance—the ability to acquire psychic knowledge through smell and taste—allowed me to smell a pleasant lemon smell then, after which I laughingly said, "Hmm, perhaps we can take this work to a whole new level and create a money making business out of it!” Women’s laughter then rang through the fir trees, but we needed to hustle to get to the Dome Room as it was 4:30 on the dot, and we needed to get to closing ceremonies.

I thanked Pan for instigating the physical sounds during the class that were a immense help for the students to trust in this process. Working with Conings is a very powerful way to clear the pollution on our beloved planet Earth. Will you join in?
