A Faerie Haven: Living in Myth, Being Magic

For some people, magic isn't something they do, it is what they are. This blog focuses less on theory and more on lyrical mysticism, applied spellcrafting, experiential awareness of Divinity, and related topics. A haven for you who long to become your myth and live your poem. Faerie tales do come true.

Bad Photo of a Crow or Raven

As soon as I tried to capture the moment,

it flew away.

How often I try to analyze a moment,

write about it,

share it

—all distractions from meeting the Divine.

The Goddess' magic is taking care of me,

right now If I'm here for it.

The irony of this poem:

I'm writing about my loss,

to avoid experiencing grief.

Writing lyric about escapism,

I wrongly elevate it.
