The People of the Argument

I saw a new bumpersticker the other day:

No wars have ever been fought in the name of Wicca.

Where Smugness meets Delusionality.

“Gods,” I thought, “what world do you live in?”

Terry Pratchett said it first, but surely it merits “old Craft proverb” status:

It takes three witches to make a coven. Two witches is just an argument.

Poet, scholar and storyteller Steven Posch was raised in the hardwood forests of western Pennsylvania by white-tailed deer. (That's the story, anyway.) He emigrated to Paganistan in 1979 and by sheer dint of personality has become one of Lake Country's foremost men-in-black. He is current keeper of the Minnesota Ooser.
