Rheims Cernunnos

I grew up on a farm in West Virginia and learned much about herbs, trees, animals, gardening, foraging and so much about nature. I incorporate this wisdom I learned from elders in my family into my spellwork. When I finally left the farm, I majored in Medieval Studies, my attempt to emulate my idol, J.R.R. Tolkien. All these influences led me to my own blended brew which I call "middle earth magic," containing a mix of the modern and the time-tested "old ways."
For men, this oil stimulates desire and prowess. In a favorite bottle or jar, ideally red or pink, mix together the following recipe with a silver spoon:
5 drops rosemary oil
5 drops patchouli oil
10 drops yohimbe extract 1
A pinch powdered ginseng root
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Use the oils on your fingers to anoint candles or to massage your lover’s body. For a chant or spell, you should speak lovingly to the object of your affections while you rub the magic massage oil into his skin.
For women: Follow the same instructions, but instead of the ginseng and yohimbe, which are greatly stimulating to men, substitute pinches of saffron and ground dong quai (also known as angelica root), long honored in the Orient as a tonic for females.
