A Tarot Spell for 2014
The New Year and the Waxing Moon bring a wonderful magickal opportunity. What would you like to manifest in your life?
What would you like your life to look like this year?
Don’t worry about what you want to remove. Think instead about what you want to grow, initiate, invest in, create and attract.
As you think about these things, look through your tarot deck and choose the cards that match your desires for 2014. You may choose as many as you like, as long are they are about building and creating rather than destroying and removing.
Once you have chosen the cards lay them on your altar overnight. As you put each card on the altar say its name and what you want it to help bring into your life.
Before you return your cards to the deck, spend some time with them. How many cards are there? What do they have in common? How can you imagine the energy of each card manifesting in your life?
I chose the cards that made sense for me, including the Ace of Wands for vitality, good health and creative and spiritual inspiration and the Ten of Pentacles for a happy and secure home.
I counted my cards and was interested to see that I had chosen twelve cards without trying – one for each month of the year or each sign of the Zodiac!
The more you play with the cards and think about each card and its image the more you will be able to manifest and use its energy!
